P.E.A.R.L. Girls believes that if young girls are taught how to develop into independent, respectful, and motivated ladies, they can only be successful. In today’s society, an education may take one far; however, an education in addition to social elegance and self-confidence can elevate a girl’s opportunities.

A recent survey by the Carnegie Foundation and the Harvard University Stanford Research Institute found that 85% of our career success depends on our social skills. Whether they are carrying a backpack or a briefcase, P.E.A.R.L. Girls is dedicated to making sure that our girls are comfortable in any social setting, and leave a lasting impression with whomever or whatever their professional and social future holds for them.

Our girls are future Presidents, CEO’s, ambassadors, producers, managers, teachers, entrepreneurs, and much, much more! You name it...we'll claim it!

P.E.A.R.L. Girls is not just another etiquette school, modeling club, or charm school. Our programs encompass principles that focus on more than just manners and personal appearance. Our programs instill values that will affect a young girl’s future and most importantly influence her lifestyle.
